Do you feel like everyone hates you? Up all night with thoughts that just won’t stop? Therapy can help you not only understand what anxiety looks like for you but why it’s showing up the way it does and what we can do to help you feel calmer, more settled and aligned with who you are and what you want.

There are moments in our life where what’s right in front of us just feels too big. Whether you’re ending a relationship, heading out on your own for the first time, transitioning into retirement or navigating all of the “shoulds” regarding where we should be or what we should have “accomplished”, it can be wildly disorienting.
I help clients process these shifts and move forward with confidence, working to make that giant, scary unknown feel manageable, and maybe even exciting.

Grief changes you. Whether you’re dealing with a loss that just occurred or one that occurred decades ago, grief is a living thing that goes with us for the remainder of our lives.
Whether that be the loss of a loved one, loss of what we thought our life would be like at this stage, loss of a relationship or one of the many other complex forms of grief, it can feel all encompassing. It’s a very messy aspect of being human.
Our goal in grief therapy is to turn down the suffering. Grief can’t be fixed but we can learn how to connect with our grief and build a relationship with it.

Chronic illness doesn’t clock out and it impacts every facet of your life from your body not feeling like your own to at times feeling like it has betrayed you, to your relationships with others, the world around you, to the food you eat. Even time doesn’t feel like your own.
Previously, I worked in the dialysis setting helping patients wrap their head around life on dialysis, receive education and an outlet to express their wants and needs with the ultimate goal of connecting with a life where you still get to feel fulfilled and like you.
